<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: 92.15pt; text-align: justify;"><a name="_Hlk132190412"></a>The industry was earlier granted 'Consent to Operate' under Water Act, 1974 vide no. CTOW/Renewal/LDH1/2018/7059402 dated 15-03-2018 valid upto 31-03-2023 & Air Act, 1981 vide no. CTOA/Renewal/LDH1/2018/7059310 dated 15-03-2018 valid upto 31-03-2023 for machining of Auto parts @ 12 MTD. The industry has now applied for renewal of 'Consent to Operate' under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for machining of auto parts @ 12 MTD. </p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: 92.15pt; text-align: justify;">As per the application submitted by the industry, it has not increased its production and there is no increase in production capacity. There is no source of air pollution or water pollution and the domestic effluent is being discharged into the sewer. The industry has installed two DG Sets with a canopy. The fee submitted by the industry is adequate upto 31/01/2028.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: 92.15pt; text-align: justify;">In view of the above, it is recommended that the industry may be granted 'Consent to Operate' under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974, and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 upto 31.03.2027 without visiting the industry based on the Documents submitted as per the Board’s order <span style="mso-bidi-font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 200%; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">no. 59 dated 02.02.2016 with suitable condition</span>s, please.</p>
