<p style="text-align: justify;">It is submitted that the project is discharging its effluent into MC sewer after treatment and finally to Budha Nallah. The general discharge standards for discharge in public sewer is BOD @ 350 mg/l and into surface water is BOD @ 30 mg/l.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">In similar case of M/s OMAXE PLAZA-LUDHIANA "COMMERCIAL BUILDING" AT FEROZPUR ROAD, LUDHIANA , CPCB’s general effluent standards for discharge into public sewer connected with terminal STP were imposed i.e. BOD @ 350 mg/l .</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">As discussed with Regional Office there are several restaurants within the premises. As such, the guidelines of hotel/ restaurant are imposed. </p>
