<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; background: white; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">The unit has deposited Rs. 7200/- vide UTR No. SBIN223080705815 dated 21.03.2023 as NOC Fee. The fee deposited by the industry is adequate for one year.</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; background: white; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">The unit was visited by officers of the Board on 09.03.2023 and observed that the site is located in Focal Point, Tanda Plot No. 11. The representative of the unit informed that the shed of the unit is already constructed and they have taken on rent. The project proponent has installed oven.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>The project proponent has proposed to install paint booth along with water scrubber, phosphating tank. As per undertaking submitted the project proponent, the effluent generated from the process will be lifted by JBR Technology Ludhiana. The domestic effluent will be discharged onto land for plantation after septic tank. </span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; background: white; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">In view of above, if approved, it is recommended that consent to establish (NOC) under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>may be granted to the unit for one year with suitable conditions and with special condition that the industry shall made an agreement with JBR Technology for lifting of trade effluent generated from its process.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>The unit shall not operate without consent to operate of the Board.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span></span></p>
