The application was scrutinized and observed that:-
The industry has applied for obtaining renewal of consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981. The industry has increased its fixed assets from Rs. 4525.00 lakhs to Rs. 5076.00 lakhs as per CA certificate attached by industry with its application. However, the industry has not submitted any details w.r.t increase in assets. Moreover, the consent fee deposited by the industry could not be verified as the industry has not linked the fee on Board’s portal. In order to generate UTR/receipt of fee, the industry is requested to link the consent fee through OCMMS of the Board. Furthermore, the industry has not filled any detail in its application w.r.t water consumption and generation detail, wastewater disposal details and machinery/D.G sets installed in its premises.
