<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: 1in; line-height: 150%; text-align: justify;">Earlier, the industry has been commissioned and operating without obtaining Consent to Establish under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 from the Board. The industry has now applied for fresh Consent to Operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: 1in; line-height: 150%; text-align: justify;">The industry has applied for the operation of the Green Category industry and for manufacturing of Auto-parts @ 1.1 TPD. The applicant has submitted CA Certificate regarding fixed assets, Registration of Regularization of Un-authorized plot as Industrial Plot, Feasibility report and Completion report of STP of capacity 10 KLD, Lease deed between the applicant and the firm, Manufacturing process chart, Partnership deed, GST Certificate issued on 01/07/2017 and Site plan/Location plan. The document submitted by the industry may kindly be perused. The fee submitted by the industry is adequate upto 31/11/2023</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: 1in; line-height: 150%; text-align: justify;">The site was visited by the undersigned on 12/04/2023 and it was observed that the industry was in operation during visit and engaged in the machining of auto parts. The industry has installed a shot-blasting machine with Bag filter house as APCD and adequate stack height. The industry has installed STP for the treatment of domestic effluent, treated effluent of which is used onto land for green areas. There is no other source of air pollution or water pollution.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: 1in; line-height: 150%; text-align: justify;">In view of the above, if approved, Consent to Operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry upto 30/09/2023 subject to suitable conditions and additional conditions as under:-</p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst" style="text-indent: -0.25in; line-height: 150%; text-align: justify;">1.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-alternates: normal; font-kerning: auto; font-optical-sizing: auto; font-feature-settings: normal; font-variation-settings: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span>The industry will submit the approved Building plans from the Department of Town & Country Planning.</p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-indent: -0.25in; line-height: 150%; text-align: justify;">2.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-alternates: normal; font-kerning: auto; font-optical-sizing: auto; font-feature-settings: normal; font-variation-settings: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span>The industry will install Environmental Data Board outside the industry.</p>
