<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; mso-bidi-font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%;"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>The industry is small scale red category unit and has applied for obtaining fresh consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981. <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>As per agenda note the industry was visited by the officer on 03.04.2023 and it was observed that the industry was in operation during visit and engaged in the manufacturing of Valves and cocks and casting etc. The industry has installed electroplating section. The industry has installed storage tank of capacity 2000 ltr. The industry has made agreement with the M/s JBR technology for lifting trade effluent @ 2000 ltr/month. The industry is maintaining record of water consumption and lifted to M/s JBR Technology. Domestic effluent is discharge into sewer. The industry has submitted certificate from Punjab Small Industries & Export Corporation Limited vide no. 1809 dated 22.04.2021 regarding transfer of plot no. D-186, Focal Point (Extension), Jalandhar. The industry has submitted approved building plan from Director of Factory Act, Punjab.</span></p>
