<p class="MsoBodyText" style="text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%; margin: 0in 21.15pt .0001pt 0in;">Keeping in view of above, it is recommended that the consent toestablish (NOC) for setting up of rice sheller unit at its proposed site located in revenue estate of Village Raipur Tehsil Shahkot Distt Jalandhar for proposed to manufacturing of Raw Rice @ 5 MTD, Rice Husk @ 1.35 MTD, Rice Bran @ 0.75 MTD and Paddy @ 7.5 MTD as raw material under Orange category may be granted to the industry for one year with suitable and special conditions that:-</p>
<p class="MsoBodyText" style="text-indent: -13.5pt; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l1 level2 lfo3; margin: 0in 21.15pt .0001pt 22.5pt;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><em><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">1)<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></em><!--[endif]--><em>CTE/NOC has been granted on the basis of documents submitted by the project proponent and he shall obtain permission from Director of Factories regarding establishment of said unit in compliance of Govt. of Punjab notification no. 13/41/2021-6Hg2/2684 dated 19.10.2022.</em></p>
<p class="MsoBodyText" style="text-indent: -13.5pt; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l1 level2 lfo3; margin: 0in 21.15pt .0001pt 22.5pt;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><em><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">2)<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></em><!--[endif]--><em>The project proponent shall install adequate and appropriate pollution control devices, ensure compliance of Code of Practices prescribed for such units and obtain prior Consent to Operate from the Board under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 before the commencement of operation of the rice sheller.</em></p>
