CTOW/Renewal/HSP/2018/7785611 & Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 vide no. CTOA/Renewal/HSP/2018/7782657 dated 07.08.2018 which were valid upto 30.09.2022 with conditions mentioned therein.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 12.5pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black; background: white; mso-bidi-language: PA;">The industry was applied for renewal of consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 & Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 through OCMMS. The industry has already deposited Rs. 16200/- vide receipt no. 05/4755 dated 25.06.2018 under Water Act, Rs. 16200/- vide receipt no. 04/4755 dated 25.06.2018 under Air Act, Rs. 3000/- vide receipt no. 03/4755 dated 25.06.2018 as NOC regularization fee and now deposited Rs. 16800/- vide UTR No. 247451498 dated 30.09.2022 under Air Act, 1981, Rs. 16800/- vide UTR No. 206412657 dated 30.09.2022 under Water Act, 1974 and Rs. 5600/- vide UTR No. 443153637 dated 25.11.2022 as NOC regularization fee. The fee deposited by the industry is adequate upto 30.06.2025. Earlier the industry has submitted total fixed assets of Rs. 67.14 lacs and now the industry has submitted total fixed assets of Rs. 132.17 lacs, but the industry has not submitted any details regarding increased in total fixed assets.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 12.5pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black; background: white; mso-bidi-language: PA;">The industry was issued show cause notice for refusal of consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 & Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 along with personal hearing before the Senior Environmental Engineer on 27.12.2022 vide letter no. 4156 dated 23.12.2022 and no one from the industry attended the hearing, wherein it was decided that the consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 applied by the industry be refused.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 12.5pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black; background: white; mso-bidi-language: PA;">Now, the industry has applied for varied consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for manufacturing of Plywood & Block Board @ 1114.8 Sqmt/day along with 6 TPH bolier wood fired.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 12.5pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black; background: white; mso-bidi-language: PA;">The industry was visited by the officer of this office on 12.04.2023 and observed that the unit was not in operation. The industry has installed new boiler of capacity 6 TPH along with cyclone as APCD.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>The industry has already installed boiler of capacity 4 TPH and same was abondanded condition. The industry has installed one no. glue kettle.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>The industry has installed DG Set of capacity 125 KVA with canopy with adequate stack height and 85 KVA lying in dismental condition. The domestic effluent is discharged onto land for plantation after septic tank. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 12.5pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black; background: white; mso-bidi-language: PA;">In view of above, if approved, it is recommended consent to operate applied under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 & Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 may be granted to the industry for the period upto 30.09.2024 with suitable terms and conditions and with special condition that </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 12.5pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black; background: white; mso-bidi-language: PA;">1) The industry shall submit air emission analysis report from Board's lab within 03 months. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 12.5pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black; background: white; mso-bidi-language: PA;">2) The industry shall not operate boiler of capacity 4 TPH without permission of the Board. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 12.5pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black; background: white; mso-bidi-language: PA;">3) The industry shall submit revised building plan from the concerned deparment with in 03 months</span></p>
