<p style="text-align: justify;">It is submitted that the industry is in non-designated area and commissioned after the notification of Master Plan as per application form. The industry has not submitted any continuity certificate which was wrongly reported by AEE. Further, the note of AEE dated 22.03.2023 is also misleading. </p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">May if approved show cause notice be issued to the industry with opportunity of personal hearing, please. </p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">EE, RO shall call the explanation of concerned AEE as reported above. </p>
