<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 10.95pt 10pt 9.4pt; text-indent: 63.1pt; line-height: 18pt; background: white; text-align: justify;"><span lang="EN-US" style="color: #5d5d5d;">As per the facts mentioned in the note of Environmental Engineer, Regional Office, Patiala and as the industry is complying with the provisions of the Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981, </span><span lang="EN-US" style="color: #5d5d5d;">Keeping in view of above, May if approved, Competent Authority be recommended that the consent to operate under the provision of the Water Act, 1974 applied by the industry be renewed for a period up to 31.03.2028 subject to suitable condition and conditions proposed by Regional Office, as under:</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 10.95pt 10pt 9.4pt; text-indent: 63.1pt; line-height: 18pt; background: white; text-align: justify;"><span lang="EN-US" style="color: #5d5d5d;">1. The industry shall provide flow meter at<span style="letter-spacing: 2pt;"> </span>points where the treated effluent from lagoons is being discharged into plantation area and shall maintain the record of the same.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 10.95pt 10pt 9.4pt; text-indent: 63.1pt; line-height: 18pt; background: white; text-align: justify;"><span lang="EN-US" style="color: #5d5d5d;">2. The industry shall improve the plantation area and shall ensure the uniform application of treated effluent in the same.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 10.95pt 10pt 9.4pt; text-indent: 63.1pt; line-height: 18pt; background: white; text-align: justify;"><span lang="EN-US" style="color: #5d5d5d;">3. The<span style="letter-spacing: 2pt;"> </span>effluent of CIP wash found in pucca collection tanks provided opposite to bottle wash section shall be got treated in ETP with in 15 days.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 10.95pt 10pt 9.4pt; text-indent: 63.1pt; line-height: 18pt; background: white; text-align: justify;"><span lang="EN-US" style="color: #5d5d5d;">4. The industry shall improve the house keeping near ETP as well as near CO2 <span style="letter-spacing: -0.1pt;">plant.</span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 10.95pt 10pt 9.4pt; text-indent: 63.1pt; line-height: 18pt; background: white; text-align: justify;"><span lang="EN-US" style="color: #5d5d5d;">5. The industry shall get the soil testing conducted of the plantation area in its premises where the organic manure lifted from land of Master Baisakhi Singh of Vill. Chamaru as well as of the land of Master Baisakhi Singh of Vill. Chamaru, from recognized agency and shall sub<span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">mit the re</span>port to the Board within period of three months.</span></p>
