CTOW/Renewal/SAS/2019/10742559 dated 16/09/2019 valid upto 31/03/2023 and under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 vide no. CTOA/Renewal/SAS/2019/10742546 dated 16/09/2019 valid upto 31/03/2023 for business of Zinc Plated Metal Parts @ 200.0 Kgs/day by using Metal Parts @ 200.00 Kgs/day, Zinc oxide @ 0.5 Kgs/day & HCL @5.0Kgs/day, subject to certain conditions as mentioned therein.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 20.1pt; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman';">Earlier, the industry was given personal hearing on 21/12/2022 by the Senior Environmental Engineer (ZP-1) under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981. After hearing, it was decided as under:</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 20.1pt; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman';">Now, the industry has applied for varied consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 with same production capacity, with the addition of Powder Coating Booth.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; tab-stops: 86.95pt;"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman';">The industry has submitted its CA certificate which showing increase in its fixed assets from Rs. Rs. 13.85 lakh on 26.07.2019 to Rs. 16.81 lakh as on 31.12.2022 due to installation of powder coating booth. The project proponent has deposited Rs. 12100.00/- vide online UTR no. N062232354993780 dated 03/03/2023 under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 & Rs. 1100/- adjusted as NOC regularization fees against the cost of increase in fixed assets and Rs. 11600.00/- vide online UTR no. N062232354995326 dated 03/03/2023. The consent fee deposited by the industry is adequate upto 31/03/2028, under both the Acts.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 20.1pt; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman';">The industry has submitted copy of building plan approved by the competent person Er. Rajnish Kumar Singla under Director of Factories Act. The industry has made agreement with CETP operator M/s Bantech Water Private Limited on 19/12/2022 for lifting of effluent @ 8000 ltr/month.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 20.1pt; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman';">The industry has submitted its rent agreement executed on 11.01.2023 between Mr. Jasveer Singh Virdi S/O Pritam Singh Virdi R/o House No. 2719, Phase 7, SAS Nagar as one part of the deed and Parminder Kaur Virdi W/o Jasveer Singh R/o House No. 2719 Phase 7, SAS Nagar as other part of the deed.</span></p>

No bye-pass observed at the time of visit.</span></p>
