CTOA/Renewal/KPR/2019/10282589 dated 15.07.2019 valid upto 30.06.2022 with suitable conditions mentioned therein.</span></p>

It has only added CNC machine. </span></p>

D.G. set of capacity 85 KVA with canopy and adequate stack height. The domestic effluent is discharged into onto land for plantation through septic tank. The industry has submitted compliance report to the consent conditions earlier granted to it. </span></p>
<p class="MsoBodyText" style="margin-right: 19.0pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: .5in; line-height: 150%;">Keeping In<span style="letter-spacing: .05pt;"> </span>view<span style="letter-spacing: .05pt;"> </span>of<span style="letter-spacing: .05pt;"> </span>above,<span style="letter-spacing: .05pt;"> </span>it<span style="letter-spacing: .05pt;"> </span>is<span style="letter-spacing: .05pt;"> </span>recommended that<span style="letter-spacing: .05pt;"> </span>consent to<span style="letter-spacing: .05pt;"> </span>operate<span style="letter-spacing: .05pt;"> </span>under<span style="letter-spacing: .05pt;"> </span>Water<span style="letter-spacing: .05pt;"> </span>(Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981<span style="letter-spacing: .05pt;"> </span>may<span style="letter-spacing: -.15pt;"> </span>be<span style="letter-spacing: -.15pt;"> </span>granted<span style="letter-spacing: -.2pt;"> </span>to<span style="letter-spacing: .15pt;"> </span>the<span style="letter-spacing: -.15pt;"> </span>industry<span style="letter-spacing: -.1pt;"> </span>upto<span style="letter-spacing: -.1pt;"> </span>31.12.2026<span style="letter-spacing: -.1pt;"> </span>with<span style="letter-spacing: -.05pt;"> </span>suitable<span style="letter-spacing: -.15pt;"> </span>conditions and special conditions that:-</p>
