And the same has been verified by the undersigned during the visit to the industry on 13.03.2023.</span></p>

Till the issue regarding the deposit of EC of Rs. 2 Lac by individual units is finally decided, a bank guarantee of equivalent amount from these 09 units may be taken as an assurance to deposit EC amount of Rs. 2 Lac as per the final decision to be taken by the Board w.r.t. the representation made by the SPV or the individual units against the directions of deposit of EC / pre-treatment system to be installed by individual units.</span></p>
