<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black;">Now, The industry has applied for NOC extension & deposited Rs. 1100.0/- vide UTR</span><strong><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; mso-bidi-font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black;"> </span></strong><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black;">No. IBKL230127886548 dated 27.01.2023 as NOC extension fee against the project cost of Rs. 48.6 lakh as per project report submitted by the industry, which is adequate for one year. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black;">The site has been visited by undersigned on 27.03.2023 and observed that the industry is located Hadbast 93 Khasra No 48 Vill Bhadak, Patiala. The industry has yet not started any construction. The industry has proposed to install D.G. set of 10 KVA with canopy and adequate stack height. The site falls in the industrial land use zone of the notified master plan, Rajpura.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black;">As per the policy dated 30.04.2013 the project falls in the green category of the industries and competency to decide the case lies with EE, Regional Office.</span></p>
