The industry has deposited Rs. 39000/- (Including Rs. 10000/- as VDS fee)<span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>Vide R/No. 420031460 dated<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>31.03.2023 under Water Act 1974 and Rs. 42400/- (Including Rs. 10000/- as VDS fee, Rs. 2900/- as NOC fee and Rs. 500/- as application form fee) Vide R/No. 366631535 dated 31.03.2023 under Air Act, 1981, which is adequate upto 30.06.2028</span></p>

<p class="TableParagraph" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 35.95pt; line-height: 150%; margin: .1pt 5.05pt .0001pt 5.6pt;"><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; mso-bidi-font-size: 11.0pt; line-height: 150%;">The industry was visited by officer of this office 13.04.2023 and during visit it was observed that the industry was in operation and is engaged in the manufacturing of rubber sheets. The industry has<span style="letter-spacing: .05pt;"> </span>installed 1 no. wood fired boiler of capacity 250 kgs/day with stack of adequate height. The industry has not installed any D.G set in its premises. There is no source of generation of trade effluent. Domestic effluent is being discharged into sewer. Entire cooling water is being re-circulated.<span style="letter-spacing: .05pt;"> The industry has not submitted building plan approved from competent authority</span></span></p>
