| Clarification Note: |
The application of the industry was scrutinized and it has been observed that:-
1. The industry has applied for obtaining consent to operate under small scale, however as per the CA certificate submitted by the industry, it falls in medium category.
2. The value of plant and machinery of the industry has been increased from 17 crores to 26 crores since last granted consent. It is requested to submit the detail of newly added machinery along with copy of bills.
3. Also intimate, whether the industry has installed flow meters at all extraction points of the fresh water source or not ?
4. The industry has not submitted any agreement regarding the disposal of the fuel ash.
It is therefore requested to submit he reply within 03 days.
