Hardev Singh on 09.05.2022 and observed that subject cited project has setup Hot Mix Plant for bitumen carpeting of PR-7 road near new Chandigarh. It was observed as under:</span></p>

Thereafter, the industry was issued show cause notice for violation of the provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 vide Board’s letter no. 5253-54 dated 31/8/2022 alongwith an opportunity of personal hearing before the SEE (ZP-1) of the Board on 15/9/2022.</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Now, the industry has applied for fresh consent to establish (NOC) from pollution angle under the provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for establishment of Hot Mix Plant for manufacturing of Bituminous Concrete @ 300 MTD by using Bitumen 16.38 MTD, LDO 2100 Liter/day, Metal (10 mm) 3872 CFT/day, Stone Dust 2568 CFT/day, Lime 6 MTD, Water (6 mtr x 3 mtr x3.5 mtr) @ 3000 Liter/day alongwith requisite documents.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"> </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">The industry has deposited Rs. 2900/- vide UTR No. AXMB223586018186 dated 24.12.2022 as NOC fee. The fee deposited by the industry is inadequate.</span></p>

Harwinder Singh S/o Dilbhag Singh S/o Bant Singh, Bant Singh S/o Meet Singh, Lovepreet Singh S/o Kuldeep Singh (First Part) and Rohan Rajdeep Highway Limited, Village Baroda, Toll Plaza Kurali, Siswan Kurali Road, Sh. Upinder Kumar S/o Karam Singh (Second Part) of land measuring 3 acres.</span></p>

IP/CH/5900 dated 07.08.2012 to M/s Rohan Rajdeep Tollways Ltd. regarding development and operation & maintenance of Morinda-Kurali-Siswan road upto State Boundary (MDR-31) on Design, Build, Finance, Operate and Transfer (DBFOT) bases in the state of Punjab.</span></p>
