Hence, the industry is not complying with decision of meeting dated 21-12-2021. </span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast"><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 115%;"> Keeping in view of above, it is recommended that the industry may be issued SCN for refusal of consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 with an opportunity of personal hearing, please.</span></p> |
