<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 45pt; line-height: 18pt; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">The Industry has deposited fees as under Rs. 170500/- (Rs. 500 application form) vide UTR no. 31390198171DC dated 07.03.2023 under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 & Rs. 168000/- vide UTR no. 31390198941DC dated 07.03.2023 under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981. The consent fee deposited by the Industry is adequate upto 31.03.2025 against the value of fixed assets of Rs. 7450.0 lakh as on 28.02.2023 as per CA certificate submitted by the Industry. The Industry has submitted compliance report of consents conditions earlier granted to it under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 72pt; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">The industry was <span style="background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;">visited by the undersigned on </span>10.04.2023 and Sh. Baljinder Singh, Executive Engineer was contacted. During visit it was <span style="background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;">observed as under:</span></span></p>

The quantity of the effluent collected in the collection tank was very low due to which no discharge was available at outlet of ETP. Therefore, the sample of treated trade effluent could not be collected at site. </span></p>
<p class="style" style="margin: 0cm 0.7pt 0.0001pt 21.3pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -21.3pt; line-height: 18pt; background: white;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: Calibri, 'sans-serif';">3.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-alternates: normal; font-kerning: auto; font-optical-sizing: auto; font-feature-settings: normal; font-variation-settings: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: Calibri, 'sans-serif';">The industry has provided separate washing machine equipment for the purpose of washing of tube cylinders, from where waste effluent is collected at bottom of machine in lockable sealed PVC tank through flexible pipe and thereafter, the waste effluent from PVC tank is being discharged in collection tank of ETP manually.</span></p>

No waste water has been generated from this section as yet, as the same has not been made operation as yet.</span></p>
