<p class="MsoNormal">It is intimated that the unit has provided Bag house followed by twin cyclone as APCD with Hot Mix Plant having stack height of 10 mts from GL and also has installed 02 nos. bitumen heaters having stack height of 8 mts from GL.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">It is further intimated that the HMP has provided adequate green belt of trees around the boundary of the unit.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">In view of above, it is again recommended that consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the HMP in light of my agenda note dated 06/04/2023 please.</p> |
