<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 20.1pt; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman';">Thereafter, the industry has applied for expansion of Consent to Establish under the provisions of Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 (App. ID. 19002414) for manufacturing of Universal Trolley @ 40 No./Year, Weapon Loading Trolley @ 35 No./Year, Hydraulic Jack @ 20 No./Year, Engine Mounting Fixture @ 30 No./Year, 4PK 300 Crane @ 03 No./Year, Special tool Spick @ 70 No./Year and Hydraulic Control @ 10 No./Year having 1 pickling tank, which was returned with the request to apply for renewal of Consent to Operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 under Orange category and once the Consents get regularized then the industry may apply for NOC for expansion under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981.</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 20.1pt; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman';">The industry has submitted its CA certificate which showing increase in its fixed assets from Rs. 1228.43 lakh on 30.11.2021 to Rs. 1425.45 lakh as on 30.09.2022. As per the record, earlier fee deposited by the industry is adequate upto 30.06.2023. The industry has now deposited Rs. 1,15,100.00/- vide online UTR no. 000727838957 dated 28/11/2022 under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Rs. 1,56,000.00/- vide online UTR no. 000727840848 dated 28/11/2022 and Rs. 6700/- vide online R. no. 000727838335 dated 28/11/2022 under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981. The consent fees are under both Acts is adequate upto 19.04.2026 under both Acts.</span></p>
