<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Kindly peruse the agenda note and recommendation given by RO It is intimated that the industry has applied the renewal CTO under Air Act,1981 for the manufacturing of Compounded Rubber @ 12000 Kgs/day, Oil Seals @ 1000000 Numbers/Day. RO has reported that the industry is complying with the conditions of consent granted to it under the Water Act, of 1974.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">May if approved, consent to operate under the Air Act, of 1981 be further extended up to 31.03.2025 with the special conditions as mentioned in the previous CTO granted to it. </span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">EE, RO may also be requested to monitor the industry as per protocol framed by the Board to verify the compliance with environmental law, and send the report along with recommendations.</span></p>
