<p>Case perused.</p>
<p>The project proponent has applied for obtaining Consent to Establish (NOC) under the Water Act, 1974 & the Air Act, 1981 under orange category for establishment of chilling plant for chilling of raw milk @ 50 MTD in the revenue estate of Village Rajiana, Tehsil Baghapurana, Distt. Moga.</p>
<p>The industry has submitted revenue report dated 27.02.2023 which is signed by patwari of the concerned village, however the siting report needs to be issued by CRO / Tehsildar as per office order no. 409 dated 07.12.2022.</p>
<p>As per the RO report, the industry has submitted lease deed for establishment of unit in 4 kanal area (3K-11 M from bearing khasra numbers 37//15/1 (1-12) 15/2 (6-18) and 9 Marlas from khasra no. 36/20/3min). However as per report from patwari dated 27.02.2023, it has been mentioned that the industry is proposed to be established in khasra no. 37//15/1,15/2.</p>
<p>Further the industry has submitted feasibility report treatment of trade effluent based on anaerobic treatment followed by aerobic treatment. However, as per visit report, it has been mentioned that the PP has proposed to install treatment plant for treatment of effluent from washing section having components screening, O&G trap, equalization tank, aerobic tank, clarifier, outlet.</p>
<p>As per detailed project report submitted by the industry, it has been mentioned that the total capacity of the proposed plant is 20,000 liters chilling of milk per day, however as per application applied the industry has sought permission for proposed plant for chilling of milk @ 50 MTD</p>

<p><!-- [if !supportLists]-->(III) <!--[endif]-->Whether the industry is proposed to be installed in khasra no. 37//15/1, 15/2, 36/20/3min as submitted by RO or in khasra no. 37//15/1, 15/2 as per report from patwari.</p>
<p><!-- [if !supportLists]-->(IV) <!--[endif]-->Whether the industry has submitted any aks chajjra / copy of latha with the application.</p>
<p><!-- [if !supportLists]-->(V) <!--[endif]-->Whether the industry has proposed to install ETP based on aerobic treatment followed by aerobic treatment as per details given in the feasibility report or the industry has submitted any revised feasibility report having proposed ETP based on aerobic treatment as mentioned by RO in its visit report point no. iv.</p>
<p><!-- [if !supportLists]-->(VI) <!--[endif]-->Whether the industry has submitted any site plan demarcating plantation area @ 600 sqyds for disposal of treated effluent from proposed ETP @ 4 KLD.</p>

<p> If approved, the case be sent to RO to clarify the above observations.</p>
