<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle"><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 115%;">The industry is engaged in acid pickling process (HCl) and has an agreement with CETP operator (M/s JBR Technology Pvt. Ltd, Focal Point, Ludhiana) @ 3000 Ltr/Month for the disposal of trade effluent/HCl based spent acid. The industry is now maintaining proper record of fresh water consumption viz-a-viz trade effluent/HCl based spent acid being lifted to CETP operator.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast"><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 115%;">Keeping in view of above, it is recommended that the industry may be granted consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 upto 30.06.2025 with suitable conditions as proposed by AEE, please.</span></p> |
