<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin: 0in 0in 0.0001pt 27pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -27pt; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, 'sans-serif'; color: #5d5d5d;"> 1.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-alternates: normal; font-kerning: auto; font-optical-sizing: auto; font-feature-settings: normal; font-variation-settings: normal; font-stretch: normal;"> </span>The industry has stabilized its movement area only on the front side of the unit. But, no provided complete pavement of roads wherever vehicle movement has to take place for suppression of dust.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin: 0in 0in 0.0001pt 27pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -27pt; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, 'sans-serif'; color: #5d5d5d;">2.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-alternates: normal; font-kerning: auto; font-optical-sizing: auto; font-feature-settings: normal; font-variation-settings: normal; font-stretch: normal;"> </span>The industry has provided one no. slag crushing machinery and it has not provided dust control system on the machinery in order to mitigate dust pollution from the operation of the said machinery.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin: 0in 0in 0.0001pt 27pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -27pt; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, 'sans-serif'; color: #5d5d5d;">3.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-alternates: normal; font-kerning: auto; font-optical-sizing: auto; font-feature-settings: normal; font-variation-settings: normal; font-stretch: normal;"> </span>The industry has provided plantation area partially along the boundary wall of the unit and partially at the backside of the unit. The representative of the industry informed that it will complete the total plantation area requirement by 30/09/2023. Therefore, the industry needs to develop complete green belt / plantation area as per EC condition. </span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin: 0in 0in 0.0001pt 27pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -27pt; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, 'sans-serif'; color: #5d5d5d;">4.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-alternates: normal; font-kerning: auto; font-optical-sizing: auto; font-feature-settings: normal; font-variation-settings: normal; font-stretch: normal;"> </span>The industry has submitted CSR plan of Rs. 31.30 lakhs for next 5 years for the existing-cum-expansion project against cost of the project i.e. 12.52 crores. The industry needs to submit revised CSR plan against the cost mentioned in the amended EC i.e. 16.67 crore. </span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin: 0in 0in 0.0001pt 27pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -27pt; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, 'sans-serif'; color: #5d5d5d;">5. Environmental Engineer, Regional Office, Fatehgarh Sahib has also mentioned that t<span style="background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;">he industry has made partial compliance of the conditions imposed in EC and yet to make full compliance of all the conditions of Environmental clearance</span>.</span></p>
