<p>Discussed with SEE, ZO-II on 13.04.2023 EE,RO vide his note dated 11.04.2023 has calculated Rs 5.25 Lacs as EC for the violation period. Submitted for approval as proposed vide SEE,ZO-II note dated 31.03.2023 with additional condition that:-</p>
<p>1. EC of Rs 1 lac be imposed as already imposed to other similar units and industry be directed to deposit BG of the balance amount i.e. 5.25-1 lac = 4.25 lacs as an assurance not to repeat the violations.</p>
<p>2. The industry shall not operate beyond the production beyond 5400 KGD at its sealed capacity and will not discharg beyond 100 KLD of effluent.</p>
<p>3. EE, RO to monitor the SCADA data regularly to ensure that industry operates below the allowable discharge quantity and in case of discharge exceeds the allowable limits action will be taken against the industry.</p> |
