<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: 78pt; text-align: justify;">It is submitted that the industry was granted Consent to Operate under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 which was valid upto 31/03/2023. The application of Consent to Operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 was refused by the Competent Authority and the further action in the matter has been initiated through e-noting.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: 78pt; text-align: justify;">Now, the industry has again applied for renewal of Consent to Operate under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 and fresh Consent to Operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974. The industry was visited by undersigned on 10/04/2023 and it was observed that:</p>

<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-indent: -18pt; text-align: justify;"><!-- [if !supportLists]-->2.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-alternates: normal; font-kerning: auto; font-optical-sizing: auto; font-feature-settings: normal; font-variation-settings: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span><!--[endif]-->The process involves cutting pressing and phosphating. The unit has provided two nos. hydraulic presses and tanks for phosphating the auto parts.</p>
