<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-indent: -18.0pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">2.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]-->The ETP installed by the agency was in operation during visit.</p>

<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast" style="text-indent: -18.0pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">4.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]-->The agency has installed separate energy meter for the ETP.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">From above it is clear that the agency is complying with the provisions of the Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 as well as decision of the personal hearing.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Keeping in view of above, it is recommended that-</p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst" style="text-indent: -18.0pt; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo2;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">1.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]-->Consents may be granted to the agency under the provisions of the Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 for six months.</p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -18.0pt; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo2;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">2.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]-->Directions u/s 33-A of the Water Act, 1974 may be issued to the PSPCL authorities for continuation of electricity supply to the agency for further six months.</p> |
