<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">The institute-cum-hospital is now complying with the provisions of the Bio-Medical Waste Rules, 2016 as well as decisions of the personal hearing.</p>
<p><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif; mso-ascii-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-fareast-font-family: Calibri; mso-fareast-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-hansi-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-bidi-font-family: Raavi; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-bidi; mso-ansi-language: EN-IN; mso-fareast-language: EN-US; mso-bidi-language: AR-SA;">Keeping in view of above, it is recommended that consent to operate of the Board under the provision of the Water Act, 1974 for a period upto 31.03.2027, with suitable conditions along with special condition that hospital cum institute will submit analysis report of treated waste water within one month.</span></p> |
