CTOW/Renewal/BTI/2022/18287019 and CTOA/Renewal/BTI/2022/18286463 dated 28.04.2022, both are validity up to 31.03.2023, for the storage of LPG in 4 no. bullets of capacity 1400 MT each, which is received through pipeline from M/s HMEL Refinery and is further used for bottling of LPG in cylinders @ 400 MT/day and LPG filling in road tankers @ 2000 MT/day, subject to the same terms and conditions as mentioned in the original consent along-with the following specific conditions:-</span></p>

HWM/renew/BTI/2019/9524835 dt. 08.08.019 for generation, collection, storage & disposal of categories, 35.3, 21.1 and 5.1, which is valid upto 31.03.2024. </span></p>

As per the analysis report the concentration of various parameters are within the permissible limit as prescribed by the Board.</span></p>

<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; margin: 0cm -9.4pt 8.0pt 7.1pt;"><span style="color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">4.The domestic effluent @ 5 KLD is treated through septic tanks and the same is discharged onto land for plantation. </span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; margin: 0cm -9.4pt 8.0pt 7.1pt;"><span style="color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">5. The industry has planted trees along the boundary wall.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; margin: 0cm -9.4pt 8.0pt 7.1pt;"><span style="color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">From above it is clear that the industry is complying with the provisions of the Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 as well as consent conditions.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; margin: 0cm -9.4pt 8.0pt 7.1pt;"><strong><span style="color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">Recommendations </span></strong></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast" style="mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; margin: 0cm -9.4pt 8.0pt 7.1pt;"><span style="color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">Keeping in view of above, if approved, it is recommended that Consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry upto 31.03.2026 with usual terms and conditions with special conditions that the industry will submit the analysis report of the effluent sample, within three months.</span></p> |
