<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;">It is submitted that building plan of the site of the unit has already been approved from MC. No machinery has been installed in the industrial premises, for manufacturing of rusk and biscuits. The consent to operate granted to M/s Deepak Food Products are valid upto 30.09.2023. As per record of this office, Master Plan of Talwandi Bhai has not been notified. The industry has been commissioned in Nov 2022 and consent fee deposited are adequate upto 30.06.2027.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;">In view of above it is recommended as under:</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;">1. consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry upto 31.12.2026 for manufacturing of Fortified Rice @ 7200 Kgs/day by using Pre Mix @ 192 Kgs/day, Rice Broken @ 7000 Kgs/day and GMS @ 80 Kgs/day, as raw material under green category with following specific conditions :</p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: normal; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: Symbol; mso-fareast-font-family: Symbol; mso-bidi-font-family: Symbol;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">·<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]-->This consent to operate is valid for operation of fortified rice unit in an area of 4 kanal 1 Marla only in the revenue estate of Talwandi Bhai, District Ferozepur.</p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: normal; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: Symbol; mso-fareast-font-family: Symbol; mso-bidi-font-family: Symbol;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">·<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>The substitution of industrial activities from Rusks and Biscuits Manufacturing unit to rice manufacturing unit shall be allowed subject to the provisions of the Master Plan.</p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: normal; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: Symbol; mso-fareast-font-family: Symbol; mso-bidi-font-family: Symbol;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">·<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]-->The industry shall be bound to shift the unit to suitable location / designated area to comply with the provisions of the Master Plan of the area as and when notified by the Department of Town and Country Planning, Punjab, if such activities are not allowed in the Master Plan of Talwandi Bhai.</p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: normal; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: Symbol; mso-fareast-font-family: Symbol; mso-bidi-font-family: Symbol;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">·<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]-->The financial expenditure shall be at the risk and cost of the owners of the industry and no claim whatsoever shall be admissible in case the site and area in question is declared as non-designated area (for industrial activities) by the Department of Town and Country Planning, Punjab.</p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: normal; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: Symbol; mso-fareast-font-family: Symbol; mso-bidi-font-family: Symbol;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">·<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]-->There shall be no complaint from the surrounding community with regard to the operation of the industrial plant.</p>
