20/2(5-5) in revenue estate of Kotkapura-4 (Agwad Sarajan), Tehsil Kotkapura, Dsitrict Faridkot.</span></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif;">Accordingly, the project proponent has submitted copies of 3 no. transfer of ownership </span><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; Umesh Kumar (1/2 share) &amp; Parveen Kumar (1/2 share). </span></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: Calibri; mso-fareast-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-fareast-language: EN-US;">Accordingly, the project proponent has submitted copy of lease deed dated 14.04.2023 from owners of land in favour of one of partner Sh. Dishant Garg of land area 12 kanals khewat no. 76/74, khatoni no. 97, khasra no. 280//11/1/3(1-7), 11/2/3(1-9), 12/3(2-18), 13/1/3(1-9), 13/2/3(1-9), 18/1(1-2), 19/1(1-2), 20/1(1-4).</span></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: Calibri; mso-fareast-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-fareast-language: EN-US;">2. Due to typographically mistake, the name of third partner Sh. Raman Singla was left. The project proponent has submitted copy of partnership deed amont its 03 no. partners (Sh. Dishant Garg, Sh. Deepankar Garg &amp; Sh. Raman Singla) executed on 10.09.2022.</span></p> <p style="text-align: -webkit-left; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; orphans: 2; widows: 2; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; text-decoration-thickness: initial; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial; word-spacing: 0px;"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: Calibri; mso-fareast-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-fareast-language: EN-US;">3. Only wire of 11 KV (as submitted by Project Proponent in undertaking) is passing through the proposed site of the rice sheller unit of 16 kanals 02 marlas land area, where rice sheller unit is to be established. The industry has requested PSPCL authorities for shifting of 11 KV line from proposed site and accordingly deposited processing fee through BA16 vide book no. 866, receipt no. 191 dated 11.04.2023 (copy attached). Same has been verified from Er. Jaswant Singh, SDO, PSPCL on his mobile number 96461-14566</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal">&nbsp;</p> <p class="MsoListParagraph" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif;">As per report of DTP Faridkot, the proposed site of the rice sheller unit is falling under industrial zone. Therefore, the site is suitable for establishment of rice sheller unit with dryer for the manufacturing of raw rice with dryer along with sortex machine.</span></p> <p class="MsoListParagraph" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif;">Keeping in view of the above, it is recommended that the consent to establish (NOC) for establishment of rice sheller unit at proposed site located in Kotkapura for the manufacturing of raw rice with dryer @ 72 MTD along with sortex machine of capacity @ 72 MTD for land area 16 kanals 02 marlas bearing hadbast no. 129, khasra nos. 280//11/1/3(1-7), 11/2/3(1-9), 12/3(2-3), 19/1(0-19), 19/2(3-15), 20/1(1-4) &amp; 20/2(5-5) in revenue estate of Kotkapura-4 (Agwad Sarajan), Tehsil Kotkapura, Dsitrict Faridkot, may be granted to the industry with suitable conditions and specific conditions as under:</span></p> <p class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left: .75in; 20/2(5-5) in revenue estate of Kotkapura-4 (Agwad Sarajan), Tehsil Kotkapura, Dsitrict Faridkot. </span></p> <p class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left: .75in; text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif;">The industry is bound to comply with the zoning regularizations of Master Plan as and when notified and Board will not be liable for any loss incurred in case site falls under non-conforming zone. </span></p> <p class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left: .75in; text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo2;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">6.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif;">The industry shall not install saila plant, boiler furnace in its premises, without prior written permission of the Board. </span></p> <p class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left: .75in; text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo2;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">7.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif;">The industry shall provide proper and permanent approach to the sample collection facility and the same shall be maintained in proper conditions. </span></p> <p class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left: .75in; text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo2;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">8.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif;">The industry shall comply with the following code of practice notified by Punjab Govt., Deptt. of STE vide its Notification no. 10/48/2004-STE (4) /932 dated. 15/10/2013 which is reproduced as under:- </span></p> <p class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left: .75in; text-align: justify; line-height: 150%;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif;">Code of Practices:</span></p> <p class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left: .75in; text-align: justify; line-height: 150%;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif;">i) All the processing sheds be covered and have minimum ventilation as per the recommendations of Director of Factories. </span></p> <p class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left: .75in; text-align: justify; line-height: 150%;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif;">ii) The industry should plant thick plantation of spreading crown varieties of evergreen trees all along the boundary wall of the rice sheller / saila plant. </span></p> <p class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left: .75in; text-align: justify; line-height: 150%;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif;">iii) All dust emitting points should be properly hooded and dust extracted to a common point. At this exhaust point, dust coming here will be passed through a dust control system and air will be emitted through a stack of height 3 meters above the roof of the building. </span></p> <p class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left: .75in; text-align: justify; line-height: 150%;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif;">iv) The industry shall not be located in High Tension Transmission Zone of Punjab State Power Corporation Limited.</span></p> <p class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left: .75in; text-align: justify; line-height: 150%;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif;">v) The management and handling of rice husk in the rice shelling units / saila plants should be done as under: </span></p> <p class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left: .75in; text-align: justify; line-height: 150%;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif;">a) All the rice shelling units / saila plants shall provide paved / brick roads / cement concrete roads/ metaled roads inside their premises for movement of vehicles, so as to prevent the generation of dust. </span></p> <p class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left: .75in; text-align: justify; line-height: 150%;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif;">b) The industry shall provide proper rice husk storage facilities inside the factory premises and the height of brick wall in front of the discharge point of rice husk area should be at least 10' high or 3.5' higher than the discharge point of the rice husk pipe (whichever is more) and the length of aforesaid brick wall should be at least 35' on each side of the rice husk discharge pipe. </span></p> <p class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left: .75in; text-align: justify; line-height: 150%;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif;">c) The industry shall provide a layer of wind screen of mild steel or some other similar material of at least 5' height above the brick wall. The wind screen system should have a porosity of ~30% to lower the wind velocities, thus reducing the amount of airborne particulate from storage, handling and loading / unloading areas of rice husk. </span></p> <p class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left: .75in; text-align: justify; line-height: 150%;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif;">d) The minimum diameter at the outlet of discharge pipe of rice husk be kept as 15'', which can be maintained by extending the existing discharge pipe with the help of a conical shaped pipe of at least 3' length. </span></p> <p class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left: .75in; text-align: justify; line-height: 150%;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif;">e) Wherever the height of rice husk is 3' or more, the industry shall cover the heap of husk with HDPE warp knitted fabric completely, except the area near the discharge pipe.
