<p>Kindly peruse the note and recommendation given by RO. It is intimated that the previously applied CTO under the Water Act,1974 was refused as PP has not made the scientific mode disposal arrangements to handle treated wastewater. RO has also monitor the STP and result are awaited .</p>

<p>May if approved SCN for refusal CTO under the Water Act,1974 with an opportunity to submit the written reply within 15 days be issued to PP.EE, RO may also be requested to give his comments on replies to be submitted by the industry as well as comments on analysis result and send the fresh recommendation.</p>
