Casting @ 03 TPH</span><span style="font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-bidi-font-family: Arial;"> using Pig Iron (Per Cupola) @ 15 MTD, Hard Coke Per Cupola) @ 3.5 TPH, Lime Stone Per Cupola) @ 2.0 T/Day & C.I. Casting Per Cupola) @ 1.0 T/day under orange category. The project proponent has submitted various documents, which are enclosed along with the application, which may kindly be pursued. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-bidi-font-family: Arial;">The PSCST, Chandigarh has certified vide letter no. PSCST/CC/11dated 11/04/2014 that the industry has installed cupola furnace and air pollution control device having melting capacity less than 3T/hr as per the technology evolved by PSTST, Chandigarh. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-bidi-font-family: Arial;"> The industry has deposited Rs. 1,08,500/- vide UTR No. 743755070 dated 07/04/2023 &Rs. 1,29,600/- vide UTR No. 841967993 dated 07/04/2023as consent to operate fee under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 including Rs. 21800/- as NOC regularization fee and Rs. 500/- as Form Downloading fee against total gross value of fixed assets worth Rs. 13,78,74,694/-as on 31/01/2023and same are adequate upto 30/09/2027 under both Acts. </span></p>
