<p style="text-align: justify;"><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">1)The industry shall obtain the necessary clearance for the abstraction of groundwater from the Punjab Water Regulation & Development Authority (PWRDA).</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">EE, RO may also be requested to visit the site within 15 days to verify the new installation machinery by the industry, EE, RO may also be requested to give his comments on whether the industry has increased the production as well as increased the pollution load, verify the compliance with environmental law and send the report along with the recommendation.</span></p>
