The industry has deposited Rs. 45717/- vide online UTR no. 643524073 dated29/03/2023 under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Rs. 45717/- vide online R. no. 736031290 dated 29/03/2023 under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The consent fee deposited by the industry is adequate upto 23.02.2024, under both the Acts. The industry has submitted one time settlement fees @ 50,000/- (Rs. 25000/- + 25000/-) under both Acts, under VDS scheme, as the unit has been establish in 1993.
