<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">It is submitted that STP Zira is achieving prescribed wastewater standards. The HCF has not submitted PERT chart for installation of ETP cum STP to achieve standards prescribed under BMW Rules 2016.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">Submitted for action as recommended in previous note with following additional condition:</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">1.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>The HCF shall submit PERT chart for installation of ETP cum STP to achieve general wastewater standards as notified under the Environment (Protection) Act, 1986 within 15 days to the Regional Office and shall install treatment facility for achieving such standards by 30.09.2023.</span></p> |
