<p>It is submitted that t<span style="font-size: 13.5pt; line-height: 20.7px; font-family: Verdana, 'sans-serif'; color: #5d5d5d; background: white;">he institute has not submitted arrangement made for dry waste. The institute has filed last application on 19.11.2019 and same was found incomplete on 16.12.2019. Thereafter application is filed on 07.04.2023. As per Board’s notification no 484 dated 13.09.2021, is required to deposit penalty fee (400%) of Rs. 86400 {Rs. 21600 (one year consent to operate fee) x 4 (period 16.12.2019-07.04.2023)} for failure to apply consent to operate after 16.12.2019. The institute has not deposited penalty fee.</span></p>
