<p class="MsoNormal">Reply- The industry is maintaining proper energy meter record as per energy meter readings (copy enclosed).</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Query- Whether the industry has now maintained HW record as per the HW generated / stored in the industry.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Reply- The industry is maintaining proper record of HW generation and storage (copy enclosed)</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Query- Whether the industry has signed MOU / agreement with the authorized recycler of HW category 9.3 if yes copy of the agreement.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Reply- The representative of industry informed now only dry batteries are procured and hence presently there is no generation of HW under cat. 9.3.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Query- Whether the raw material procured by the industry is within the consented capacity as authorized by the Board. Also attach the copy of the passbook.</p>
