<p style="text-align: justify;">It is submitted that the Department of Town & Country Planning has scrapped the CLU and has made the provisions for the approval of Building plans which will also be considered as CLU. The industry has informed us that they have obtained the approved Building plans from the Director of Factories but have not obtained the approval from the Department of Town & Country Planning, which is also proof of Site suitability. However, the industry has submitted a Regularization receipt of the plot for Industrial Use from GLADA. As such, the CTO has been recommended for short-term on the particular condition that the industry will obtain approved Building plans from the Department of Town & Country Planning within 02 months.</p>
