| Clarification Note: |
While processing the case, it was observed as under:
1. The industry in its reply to earlier clarifications has mentioned that it has shifted its maximum machinery to its adjoining unit due to which its fixed assets on plant & machinery has decreased from Rs. 1.86 Cr to Rs. 58 lacs. However, on the other hand, the industry has applied for renewal of CTOs for the same capacity as earlier. Therefore, you are requested to clarify rather there is any in production or not due to shifting of the machinery to the other site.
2. The industry has not submitted the revised building plans as it has shifted maximum of machinery and has done repair/maintenance of its buildings. You are also requested to clarify about the building plan of the industry.
You are requested to give the reply within 2 days, so that application can be processed further. |
