| Clarification Note: |
(I) The industry has not submitted any site suitability report as per general siting guidelines mentioning distances of various parameters from Circle Revenue Officer (CRO) / Tehsildar.
The industry has not submitted any report regarding land use classification from Deptt. of Town & Country Planning, Punjab.
(III) The industry is proposed to be installed in khasra no. 37//15/1, 15/2, 36/20/3min & 11/1 min East however the industry has submitted report from Patwari mentioning khasra no. 37//15/1, 15/2.
(IV) The industry has not submitted any aks chajjra / copy of latha with the application.
(VI) The industry has not submitted any site plan demarcating plantation area for disposal of treated effluent from proposed ETP.
(VII) The proposed capacity of the plant is @ 20000 liter per day as per DPR or 50 MTD as per application.
Kindly clarify the above said observations, within 02 days.
