<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 24px;"><span style="font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif'; font-size: 12pt; text-indent: 0.5in;">The hospital has already deposited Rs. 11,000/- vide UTR No. P012220147831857 dated 01.12.2022 under Water Act, 1974, Rs 500/- vide UTR No. P012220147834969 dated 12.01.2023 as application form fee and Rs. 11,000/- vide UTR No. P012220147830581 dated 01.12.2022 under Air Act, 1981. Further the hospital has deposited Rs 4000/- vide UTR no. AXIC231000187094 under Air Act, 1981 and Rs 4000/- vide UTR no. AXIC230791018677 dated 20/03/2023 under Water Act, 1974 which is adequate up to 31/03/2027 including the penalty @ 400% of one year consent fee under Air Act and Water Act as applicable.</span></p>

<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -0.25in; line-height: 24px;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 24px; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">3.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 24px; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">The Hospital has installed ETP cum STP at the top floor of the building to treat the combined effluent, however same was not in operation as per availability of effluent at inlet. ETP cum STP consist of components, Bar Screen – Collection Tank – Primary Clarifier – Aeration Tank – Multigrade Filter - Activated Carbon Filter and Sludge Drying Beds – Outlet. Further the hospital authorities were advised to provide ladder arrangement to the components of ETP so that functioning of the same can be checked.</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 0.5in; line-height: 24px;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 24px; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">The hospital is having bed capacity of 20 beds and competency to decide the case lies with Environmental Engineer.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 20.8px;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 20.8px; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';"> Keeping in view of above, it is recommended that the fresh consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the hospital up to<span style="color: red;"> </span>31/03/2027 with suitable terms & conditions along with special conditions that :-</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left: 0.75in; text-align: justify; text-indent: -0.5in; line-height: 20.8px;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 20.8px; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">1.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 20.8px; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">The hospital will get effluent sample (combined liquid and domestic effluent) analyzed from an approved lab of the Board within 01month.</span></p>
