Ltd., Mohali, Punjab, which is not approved lab by the Punjab Pollution Control Board.</span></p>

The hospital is having bed capacity @ 124 beds .</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff; margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; line-height: 20.8px;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 20.8px; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">RO has recommended that </span><span style="font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif'; font-size: 16px;">the consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the hospital up to 30/09/2023 with</span><span style="font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif'; font-size: 16px;"> </span><span style="font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif'; font-size: 16px;">suitable terms & conditions along with special condition that the hospital will the HCF will submit the waste water analysis report to the Board, within 02 months, where STP at terminal end is installed.</span></p>
