<p>The definition of dismentler is available in the rules, whereas, there is no rule under which, the dismentlers are required to obtain registration under the E-Waste Management Rules, 2022. </p>
<p>Now, the industry through e-mail has submitted that it has dropped the idea to stop E-waste dismentling section and requested to consider its application for bio-compost section and plastic shredding section. </p>
<p>SEE, ZO-II, Patiala has recommended for grant of NOC for the entire unit including e-waste dismentling section, whereas, the industry has dropped the idea to install dismentling section and requested to consider its application for bio-compost and plastic shredding section. </p>
<p>In view of above, it is recommended for grant of NOC to the industry for bio-compost section and plastic shredding section please.</p> |
