It is submitted that the application of the industry has been scrutinized and it was observed that:-
1. The industry has not submitted the site plan/location plan
2. The industry has not submitted the classification of the area/ clu
3. The industry has not submitted the site suitability certificate issued by the competent authority.
4. The industry has not submitted the manufacturing process.
5. The industry has not submitted the details of machinery.
6. The industry has not submitted the Partnership deed / MoA.
Which needs clarification. As such, you are requested to submit the reply within 2 days. So that the case may be processed further.
