CTOW/Renewal/MOG/2022/19936493&CTOA/Renewal/MOG/2022/19936487forproduction of Skimmed Milk Powder @ 8000 Kgs/day, Paneer @ 1200 Kgs/day, Pure ghee @ 6000 Kgs/day, ICE Cream @ 3500 Liter/day, Curd @ 4500 Kgs/day, Pouched Packed Milk @ 30000 Liter/day, Table Butter @ 250 Kgs/day, Lassi @ 5000 Liter/day by processing Fresh Milk @ 140000 Liter/day along with discharge of treated trade effluent @ 48 KLD to be discharged onto land for plantation with validity upto 31.03.2023, subject to the suitable conditions mentioned therein.</span></p>

Both these APCDs have common stack of about 23 meters height with adequate sampling arrangements</span></p>

The industry has provided ETP consisting of equalization tank, Primary Clarifier, Aeration Chamber, Clarification, S.D. Beds, Pressure Sand Filter,Activated Carbon Filter.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>Effluent sample from the outlet of ETP was collected and sent to Board’s lab for analysis. As per analysis results received, the concentration of various parameters are found to be pH-6.4, TSS-126 mg/l, TDS-750 mg/l, BOD-137 mg/l, COD-288 mg/l and O&G 6.8 mg/l.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 81.0pt;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';">The industry has failed to achieve the prescribed standards for the parameters pH, BOD & COD. </span></p>

<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast" style="margin-left: 4.5pt; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: 45.0pt;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';">Keeping in view of the above, it is recommended that the show cause notice for refusal of consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 may be issued to the industry. </span></p> |
