<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;">The project proponent has applied fresh Consent to Operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for Marriage Palace (Banquet Hall 1& 2) for 700 Person along with requisite documents.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;">The project proponent has deposited Rs. 1,42,000/- vide UTR no. 31590521721DC dated 23.03.2023 under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>and Rs. 1,34,100/- vide UTR no. 31581015321DC dated 22.03.2023 under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;">The project proponent has submitted electricity bill as proof of date of commissioning, as per which electricity connection date is 17.02.2019.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;">On scrutinizing the application of the project proponent following observations were raised on 01.04.2023 with request to submit reply within 2 days.</p>

Dheeraj Kumar, Manager (9780307103). During visit, it was observed as under:</span></p>

The representative informed that the marriage palace is also providing catering service outside and the food is cooked in the kitchen of the marriage palace and the catering business is operated in the name of Saffron.</span></p>

The representative informed that 62.5 KVA DG set is not being used but he was advised to provide canopy and adequate stack with it also.</span></p>

No arrangement for channelizing the emissions using ducting arrangement has been provided in the kitchen. The waste-water generated from the kitchen is disposed into 3 no. septic tanks of size 4ft*4ft*3ft from where it is disposed off into a collection tank which is also receiving domestic waste-water of palm court lawn banquet and the mixed effluent is thereafter passed through 2 more tanks and the final waste-water is disposed off through tankers.</span></p>
