<p>The Project Proponent is still violating the provisions for which earlier Consent to operate was refused.</p>
<p>Now it has again applied for CTO without compliance.</p>
<p>If approved</p>
<p>1. This application be returned to the PP.</p>
<p>2. To persuade the PP for compliance of the Environment Laws, if approved, notice u/s 33-A of the Water Act, 1974 be issued to PP with hearing at CEE level proposing to recommend to the Competent Authority of the Board, for its closure, imposition of Environmental Compensation and initiation of legal action.</p> |
