It is submitted that the application of the industry has been scrutinized and it was observed that:-
1. The industry has not submitted the details / bills of increase in machinery.
2. The industry has not submitted the analysis report APCD from Board’s lab.
3. The industry has not deposited the penalty fee under the Water Act,1974 and the Air Act,1981.
Which needs clarification. As such, you are requested to submit the reply within 2 days. So that the case may be processed further.
